CARE WISCONSIN'S NEW MEDICARE DUAL ADVANTAGE PROGRAM
/

Guests:  Ruth Christensen, Health Plan Director;  Lisa Morse-Heinz, Director of Sales, Care Wisconsin Medicare Dual Advantage

For over 40 years, Care Wisconsin has matched frail seniors and individuals with disabilities to health care and long-term care services and programs designed to meet individual needs.  Now Care Wisconsin has introduced a new program, Medicare Dual Advantage, which is available to anyone who has both Medicaid from the state of Wisconsin and Medicare.  The plan covers all Medicare services and includes a care coordinator, prescription drug coverage, a robust network of providers and assistance with Medicare and Medicaid questions.  The program is currently available to those who live in Columbia, Dane, Dodge Jefferson and Waukesha counties.

On this program, Ruth Christensen and Lisa Morse-Heinz describe the details of this new coordinated program to streamline the delivery of Medicaid and Medicare services to member participants.
